At CloudySips, your satisfaction means everything to us. We craft our glitter bombs and drink experiences with love and care. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

Conditions

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@thecloudysipp.com with your order number and reason for return

  • Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Wait for our response with approval and return instructions

Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late return requests (after 7 days)

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customer error (wrong order placed)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A short description of the issue

  • Your order number

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be stopped.
