Order Processing

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (select areas): 1–3 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on going global soon.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customer unavailability at delivery time

Re-delivery or return-to-sender charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the box and product

  • Refuse delivery if the item appears severely tampered

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
