Refunds & Returns Policy

At Cloudy Sipp, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. Every bottle we deliver goes through strict checks to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines. However, due to the perishable nature of beverages, our Refund & Return Policy is intentionally strict to ensure fairness, compliance, and hygiene. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • No Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, we do not allow cancellations. This is because our beverages are prepared, packed, and dispatched quickly to maintain product freshness.

  • Even if the order has not yet been dispatched, it is non-cancellable. Customers are advised to double-check product details, address, and payment method before placing an order.

  • Cloudy Sipp reserves the right to cancel an order internally in exceptional cases such as product unavailability, technical issues, or regulatory restrictions. In such rare cases, the customer will be notified, and a replacement or refund (as per Razorpay’s timelines) may be initiated.

2. Return Policy

  • No Returns Accepted: We strictly do not accept returns for any product delivered to customers. This applies to all scenarios including:

    • Change of mind after purchase.

    • Wrong product ordered by the customer.

    • Dissatisfaction with taste or packaging style (subjective reasons).

  • Once a product leaves our warehouse and is delivered to the customer’s address, it cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Direct Refunds: Cloudy Sipp does not provide refunds once a product has been successfully delivered.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following limited circumstance:

    1. If the customer receives a wrong product (different from what was ordered), Cloudy Sipp will replace the product at no additional cost.

  • In such cases, the customer must:

    1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

    2. Provide proof of the wrong product (clear photo or unboxing video).

    3. Ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If a wrong product has been delivered, Cloudy Sipp will arrange for a replacement of the correct product.

  • Replacements will be processed as soon as possible, subject to product availability and logistics timelines.

  • If a replacement cannot be arranged due to product unavailability, we will issue a refund through Razorpay in accordance with their processing guidelines.

5. Razorpay Refund Timelines

  • All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay Payment Gateway.

  • Standard refund timelines:

    • 5–7 business days for most debit/credit cards.

    • 7–10 business days for net banking and UPI transactions.

    • Wallet and EMI refunds may take longer, depending on the issuing bank.

  • Cloudy Sipp does not control bank processing times and cannot expedite refunds once they are initiated via Razorpay.

6. Exclusions

Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be entertained in the following cases:

  • Customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

  • Customer failed to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts.

  • Customer disliked the product taste or flavor (taste is subjective).

  • Product damaged due to mishandling by the customer after delivery.

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events outside our control.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must carefully review product details, including flavor, pack size, and quantity, before completing the order.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm the delivery address, contact number, and payment method.

  • Customers must store the beverages as per instructions mentioned on the packaging to maintain product quality.

8. Company Rights

  • Cloudy Sipp reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • In case of any disputes, the decision of Cloudy Sipp’s management shall be final and binding.

  • Our liability, under all circumstances, is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
