At Cloudy Sipp, we work hard to ensure that your favorite ready-to-drink beverages reach you fresh, safe, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to select locations across India.

  • Delivery availability is shown at checkout based on your PIN code.

  • If your location is not serviceable, the order will not be confirmed.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier partner.

  • In metro cities, deliveries may arrive earlier. Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

    • Courier/logistics partner delays

    • Natural disasters or weather conditions

    • Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions

  • Cloudy Sipp will not be held liable for such delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package.

  • If the order cannot be delivered due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

    • Recipient unavailable at delivery location

    • Refusal to accept delivery
      then the package will be returned to us, and the order will be considered closed without refund (as per our Refund Policy).

6. Product Condition & Responsibility

  • All products are packed securely to maintain freshness and prevent damage.

  • Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video), and we will arrange a replacement as per our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Once delivered, Cloudy Sipp is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or negligence by the customer.

7. International Shipping

  • At present, Cloudy Sipp does not offer international shipping.

  • Orders can only be placed and delivered within India.
